Why We Built This

The Problem

Mental health literacy in India remains critically low. Most people cannot recognise common mental health conditions, do not know where to seek help, and face enormous stigma when they try. In Kerala alone, 14.4% of adults experience mental ill-health, yet the majority never access support.

Our Approach

We believe that knowledge is the first step toward change. This platform provides structured, culturally sensitive education that helps people recognise mental distress, understand available support, and take meaningful action for themselves and their communities.

The Evidence

Every module is grounded in peer-reviewed research and real-world practice. The content draws from years of community mental health work, randomised controlled trials, and direct engagement with schools, colleges, and organisations across India.

Led by Prof. Raghu Raghavan
