About this module
After exploring causes and stigma, this module turns to what we can do ourselves, every day. Self-help is not an indulgence; it is the daily maintenance that keeps our mental health strong and helps us recover from stress. You will learn the science and the practice of sleep hygiene, brain-friendly eating, movement and yoga, managing difficult emotions, social connection and seva, recreation and spirituality, journaling and music, and a healthy morning routine. You will finish by building your own personal self-care plan.
